the truly fine craftsmanship

sections of U. V. resistant,
coated, 200 denier nylon

with a tailored look. Appliquéd
flags can be personalized
with your desired text,
graphics, or corporate/organization
logo. Appliquéd
flags are best used when
only one
or two flags are needed
and the flag has a simple
focused
design (think Nike Swoosh
vs. Business Card).

- Digital Print and
Four Color Process Digital
Sublimation – New
state of the art high resolution
digital printing and dye
sublimation printing makes
for visually outstanding
flags, banners, and table
covers. With near photographic
quality images showing
vibrant
colors on a variety of
materials including Nylon,
(indoor
and outdoor), Dacron (indoor
and outdoor use), poplin
(indoor only) and satin
(indoor only).
All flags and banners have
the image reading correctly
on the front side, and reverse
(backwards) on the back side.
Color penetration through
to the back side varies based
on flag background and colors
selected; but, generally
allows for 70% - 85% color
penetration. Two banners
can be sewn together with
a liner for a double sided
flag if necessary.
Minimum order quantity is

- Screen Printed – Screen
Printing is a process where
inks or dyes are forced through
a mesh screen onto a flag
or banner. Using the ink
or dye process, screen printing
produces exceptionally bright,
well defined spot colors
and is an excellent choice
when you need multiple flags
of the same design. Practically
any design using the Pantone® color
match system can be reproduced
to accurately portray your
logo or design.
The cost of the screen printed
flag is determined by the
number of colors needed to
replicate the design. Each
color used requires an individual
set of photographic preparations
which are referred to as “Set
Up Charges”. Once all
the individual screens have
been prepared, these master
screens can be used to produce
any number of flags. For
this reason, printed flags
become less expensive per
item as the quantity increases.
There are two basic screen
print processes, “traditional
ink transfer” and “acid
dying”. Each has their
advantages and application
uses.
The “traditional” screen
print process is the less
expensive of the two, but
it has limitations in applications.
It is best used for designs
that are printed on light
color backgrounds and where
the printed image doesn’t “bleed” to
the flag edges. When a dark
background color is needed
for your flag, each color
printed on the flag counts
as two. The reason is that
when an image is printed
on a white flag the ink penetrates
the fabric giving the reverse
images on the back. On darker
flags, the ink will not penetrate
the fabric so a reverse image
must be printed on the back
using twice as much ink.
The “acid dyed” process
uses inks that dye the fabric.
This process provides complete
color penetration to the
reverse side. The “acid
dyed” process give
the flag a “soft hand” finish.
All U. S. State flags use
the acid dyed process.

for sizes 2x3’ and

Ink-Jet Printing – Beautiful
and professional looking
flags are created with
this process which allows
spot
colors with gradients,
full shading, and full-color
photographic
printing using the highest
quality dyes available.
Almost all available fabrics
are
printed using full-color
penetration, which allows
for design visibility on
both sides of flags.

- Table Covers
and Table Drapes – A
custom made table cover
enhances
your image at trade shows,
conventions, promotions,
work shops, or job fairs.
A number of options are
available from a simple table
drape (covers top and front
of table) to a table cover
(covers top and front of
table and all four sides).
Material choices are Polyester
Twill / Screen Print that
provides a rich color appearance,
wrinkle and stain resistance
and is superior to nylon
in regard to strength and
opacity. Nylon / Screen Print
table covers offer a more
economical alternative. Nylon
/ Appliqué is the
choice for simple designs.
Dye sublimation is also available
on Poly Poplin and is the
choice when a near photographic
image is required.
