Custom Quotes:
Send us your image and as much information as you have: size, # of colors, quantity, how you intend to fly the flag, etc. and we will return a quote, usually the same day. We will suggest best construction techniques, offer you quantity pricing breaks, etc. Please give us contact information.

Gifts and Gift Certificates:
Order a gift and we will send it to your recipient. We will happily include a card with your personal note. Gift certificates are also available on line.

Ordering:
Internet Orders can be made using Visa or Master Card. Our site is secure certified by Verisign. You, of course, can order 24/7. We process orders Monday through Friday, shipping via UPS and USPO Priority Mail. Orders are not charged until product is ready to ship. We ship orders promptly, usually within 48 hours. If there are backorders or an item is a special order, we will let you know of delays by e-mail or phone. Please note expected delivery time for your item if it is a special order. Finally, Custom orders and In-Ground flagpoles require a deposit of 50% down at time of order; remainder due upon shipment.

Returns Policy:
We want you to enjoy your flags and banners from Bob’s Flags! Exchanges or refunds may be made on stock items within 30 days of receipt of product. Return insured with packing slip to our Customer Returns Department at our main store address (10726 Pineville Road, Pineville, NC 28134). Please include instructions as to what action you would like us to take. If your selection was customized in any way, it is not returnable. Special orders (self sleeving an international flag for example) are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Offered to our retail customers, we have a Frequent Buyer’s Club. For every $15.00 you spend at Bob’s Flags, earn a Frequent Buyer point. When your points total 15, you may redeem them for 25% off all regularly priced items ordered that day. It is a great way to earn that special flag you have been wanting! Points are indicated on your packing list when you order is shipped. If you shop by catalog or the internet, your points are tallied and kept track of by us. If you’re in the Charlotte area and come to see us, your Frequent Buyer card is your only record of how many points you have earned. This club is not available to Wholesale, Commercial, Church, or School Accounts.

Organization Discounts:
All schools, churches, and civic organizations receive a 10% discount on orders for the group’s use. Appropriate documentation must be provided.
